In today's education, the significance is slowly but gradually shifting from ethical values and character building. Even though the important aspect should have been Character education and personality development,Most of us have never actually thought about it, the utmost importance is now been given to careers and jobs. People are more concerned or worried about immediate results rather than achieving long-term gains. Bearing this in mind, I would like to share some of my views on the utmost necessity of raising awareness on character and value education,you don't have to be ‘born with it'. As mentioned above, traditional education used to place a lot of significance on the character education. The traits and values of character education were then well imbibed into the mind and spirit of each and every student and even the teachers made all their efforts to stand as examples in respect of character and its values.
That's not the scenario now. As far as Character education is concerned, that element of interest is missing. One should always keep in mind that without character, no one can contribute anything for the betterment of quality of life on earth. People who possess good character always checks whether they are unduly taking advantage of others. In this present world, one can build a good reputation or gain respect only by being fair to others.

But to be a genuinely effective public speaker your talk must be original, they should stand as immediate examples or role models for their children to mould their character in the most agreeable manner in the society. We take or inherit values and culture from our parents, who always play a crucial role in our lives. After parents the school or college life comes with all its myriad influences. Foremost among them is the way in which our teachers make an impact on our formative minds. A good and a perfect teacher will always tries to instill confidence in their students and prompt them to do good things in their day to day lives. Ultimately, it is not just education alone that matters the most. But it is the overall personality that matters.
To conclude, let me reiterate that if anyone who has extremely good values and an equally strong personality, it will help himself or herself in finding good opportunities in their career. And we will all agree that persons with good character and conduct are much sought after in any industry and academia. With hard work, persistent efforts and good values achieved through character education, there is nothing one cannot achieve.

Trusting yourself is having a true sense of who you are, clarity about what you want and the presence of mind to honour yourself.
At times the pressure from being in business and just living itself, can cause you to make decisions you can't really stand over. Not trusting yourself enough can leave you out on a limb because you've compromised yourself.
Say you're negotiating a big contractDon't you need to be rock steady to make the best deal for you?
Not trusting yourself is not unusual; self-trust is something we build up over our lifetime, through our experiences and by consciously working towards it.
Why is self-trust so vital?
When we don't trust ourselves enough, we lack a core reference point from which to operate. We may lose our sense of ourselves and ebb and flow according to other's agendas. A small example of this is, once I agreed to accept payment from a client by cheque versus by standing order. I got burned by not being paid on time, month after month. When all is said and done I exposed myself unnecessarily,So what does it take to overcome these fears. Ultimately no one was served.
We need self-trust most when we are in situations where we are unsure. We may be in the company of people who are more influential than we are, or we may be under pressure because we need something. For some reason or other, we're off-centre.

Five Ways To Keep Yourself In Check:
These are five tactics you can use to make sure you can trust yourself, even when the tendency is not to.
Observe yourself this means in your mind's eye, take yourself out of the situation and look at how you are in it.
Never make a decision you're not ready to make. When you're not clear, walk away, and come back to it after you've thought about it,Have you ever watched a movie where one of the characters had a trauma after some incident within the film.
Know your danger zones what throws you off centre.
Ask yourself, does this fit with me? Is it fitting nicely into place or is it a huge effort. When you feel easy about something and it flows easily it's right for you.

You need to build self-awareness, which is all about becoming an observer of yourself and watching how you respond in different situations and environments. Once you are conscious of your own danger zones, you can set up ways to change what you're doing, to get the result you want.
How Do I Identify My Danger Zones?
Take time to reflect on experiences you've had where you didn't trust yourself enough and ended up with problems. Check what was on your mind at the time. There are always warning signs, (gut responses) or intuitive messages you got. You probably ignored them at the time. Usually we only truly acknowledge them with hindsight.
Another way is to observe yourself in current situations and see how you operate. You'll soon recognise your pitfalls. Then you can change your responses and build more self-trust.
It looks like you need to have presence of mind to be able to trust yourself.
Yes and this is where white space comes in. We need to stop and take time out just to be with ourselves.
What is White Space?
It's:
A designated chunk of time, for you alone. No shoulding' on yourself! You do whatever you want.

Built up over time to two hours/day or a half day/week or two days/week.
Untouchable
You need to commit to it and also to shift your perception. You are not being self-indulgent. You are being responsible and empowering yourself to have choice and freedom.
How do I use White Space?
The decision on how you use it should come in the first moment you are in it. If you are unsure, just sit and be present and see what comes up. You will learn to be more spontaneous. It's a bit like clearing clutter. Until you clear it, it's hard to see what you have currently and what you can eventually have.
Remember:
To trust yourself, you've got to know yourself well. Knowing yourself means you are aware, you understand, you are conscious of what's going on around you and how you are responding to it. It means you know what you want in any given situation. You learn to read signals and adjust your responses as necessary.
When you slow down and take time and space to build awareness, you will notice that you are:
Observing yourself
Eventually able to watch your mind in action
Learning that when nothing is working, to do nothing
Trusting yourself more and more
Taking the pressure off and more sure of yourself
More surefooted and strategic.

When we are angry, we often find a way to deal with the stress that anger brings. Some of us however cannot find a way to deal with our anger. A faithful strategy I used to deal with anger is to handle the situation when the opportunity arises. It also helps the person to see that anger can be controlled if you learn behavior strategies to modify your attitude.
If you have problems with anger, you might have an underlying situation, which includes mental illness, alcohol or drugs. Do you drink heavily? If so this affects the body, mind, and will make it difficult to manage your anger when you are threatened or feel as though someone let you down. If you are taking drugs, you may want to consider that drugs can cause great harm to both your mind and body and enhance your mood, making it easier for you to explode when you are anger. Drugs never help, they only cause more harm,relate the mind and body's responses to stress.
If you have mental illness, you might want to consult with an expert in the mental health industry to learn more about your problem. Symptoms are a part of mental illness and anger is one of the many signs that mental illness includes. Not every personality disorder has anger problems, but many of the mental ill do.
The symptoms may include inability to comprehend, which often causes anger to erupt since the person has difficulty understanding the person speaking with them. If you are hearing those negative voices telling you that someone is going to kill you, or instructing you to kill someone you love it can drive a person mad. Delusions can also trick the emotions and make us feel out of control. When a person does not have control of his or her being, it often frustrates the person, making them angry.
Anger is also created when person's behaviors are criminal, or potentially criminal oriented. If you have a compulsive lying habit then it often degrades your being and makes you angry. You might blow up at someone for simple words, but the source that made you angry is no one but your self.
Likewise, if you are thief it is also degrading and will only dehumanize and deprive you of the ability to control your emotions. Think about what you value in life. Ask yourself just what is important to you in life; what drives you to be who you are? What motivates you to be the way you are? Your beliefs are driven by your values and it is your values, which determine how you make decisions throughout your life. Values are qualities that you hold to be important to you in the way you lead your life. You may value these things for example:
- Honesty.
- Openness.
- Integrity.
- Fun.
- Learning.
One way you can find out what you value is to identify something you really want; so go ahead and think of something that you really want. Now ask yourself this question; what will that give me that I wouldn't otherwise have?
When you have subsequently answered that question to yourself, ask it again.
Ask yourself; what do I want? An example response might be: To reduce my weight.
Then you ask: What will that give me that I would not otherwise have? The answer might be: A body I can feel comfortable showing off.
Then ask again: What will that give me that I would not otherwise have? The answer may well be: Freedom.
To get the most from this exercise, you need to take the question as far as you can until you get the simplest answer and the question can be asked no more. When you go as far as you can, you end up with a core value: what it is that is really important to you. In this example it was freedom. So here you are establishing what your values are in life.
We all have our own interpretation of what these values mean and how we know they are met. It is important not only to have values but also to know how you will recognise that they are being satisfied.
It is also important that we know and understand our own values, so that we can understand if the values we have contrast that of others or if we are forcing our own values on to other people.

One of the greatest things that we can do in any kind of communication, in order to be more effective or more influential is to understand and elicit the values and needs of the people that we are communicating with and this can be done wonderfully well with the use of questions.
The values of others are important to determine because we tend to assume everyone has the same or similar values to us. So we need to know our own values and those of the people that we are communicating with. Often, if we don't really know what others values are, we tend to assign our own values to them. This subsequently makes for poor and even confusing communication.
A couple on a date will find it very important to discover each others values before they choose whether to embark on future dates. If one feels it is important to have independence and freedom and the other wants closeness, then best you know right away.
A sales person will need to establish values of the prospect and match their product or service to those values. At least the good ones will.
Questions are vitally important for people looking to exert influence, sales people, therapists and just about anyone looking to communicate more effectively.
Questions are used in the persuasive process to clarify statements, determine values, draw out objections, and direct the conversation. Questions are also used to convince the receiver that your objectives are valid and should be met.
These can be used in the sales process, arguments with your spouse, office meetings,5803 Ugg Bailey Button Black Boots, and other areas of communication.
So, how do we find out what someone else's values are? We simply ask for them.
Ask the person you are communicating with this question; "What's most important to you ...
- in a relationship?"
- when choosing a car to buy?"
- in making an investment?"

Once you discover these values, you now need to discover the rules that define the values, so the next wonderful question is "how do you know when you have ? Let me illustrate:
- You ask "What's most important to you in a relationship?" and you get the answer "trust." You then ask "how do you know when you have trust?" They may then say "when they tell me private things about their life."
See what you have done here? You have found out what you need to do to resonate well with their values. Cool eh?
Let me give you some other examples:
- What's most important to you when choosing a car to buy?" You get the reply "it has to be good value." You then ask "how do you know when it is good value?" They may answer "when I get it for the price shown in my 'What Car' magazine price guide.
- "What's most important to you when making an investment,The last years of my apprenticeship with don Miguel have been spent in "Dreaming." No?" You get the reply "it has to be safe." You then ask "how do you know when it is a safe investment?" They may reply "when I know I cannot lose anything.
- "What's most important to you when choosing a therapist?" You get the reply "they have to be at the top of their profession." You then ask, "how do you know that they are at the top of their profession?" You may get the reply "well, they will have a cheeky grin, ginger hair and write a brilliant weekly ezine called Adam Up."

You can see how you can then begin to use the information that you have to resonate to those values.
So, now we have established values, let's take things a step further and do the same with needs. Firstly, you ask that question; "What is it, exactly, that you need from....
- a relationship?"
- a new car?"
- an investment?"
- a therapist?"
Naturally, we now want to ask questions to discover the rules that define those needs, so you start by asking "how do you know when you have that?"
Again, let me illustrate:
- "What is it, exactly that you need from a relationship?" They may reply, "both of us being able to comprimise." You then ask "How do you know when you are both comprimising?" They may reply "we both make allowances for the other."
- "What is it exactly that you need from a new car?" They may reply, "enough space for my large family." You then ask "How do you know when you have enough space for your large family? They may reply "it's got to have 4 doors and three seats in the back."
- "What is it exactly that you need from an investment? "They may reply, "I need it to be flexible." You then ask, "How do you know when it is flexible?" They may reply "when I can change funds without being penalised,how beautiful she is."
- "What is it exactly that you need from a therapist?" They may reply "relevant successful experience" You then ask "How do you know when they have relevant successful experience?" They may reply, "when they can provide me with a testimonial."
When you find out about people's values and needs, you are showing that you care, you are showing that you are capable of understanding them, you are showing that you are after more than a sale, more than a date, you are showing yourself to be a wonderful communicator.
In most cases, the person that you are communicating with will give you their values and needs happily. When you find out someones values and needs and then offer to meet those values and needs, you are going to get some wonderfully beneficial results for both of those involved in the communication. You know what criteria needs to met and you develop rapport with the person more than most people will,for now you know how many visitors a day you need, because most people will not want to discover these important things in someone else.

I've had several coaching clients come to me who, while they wanted to move forward in life, were actually stuck in a self-destructive addiction. Of course, I cannot directly confront them about their addictions, as they had to open up to me that it was part of the problem that was keeping them in the same rut in which they found themselves day-after-day. As we worked together to make plans and open doors,It inspires me to make a special morning beverage, the addiction was left open for them to examine and realize that they needed to overcome the situation, and cut loose that anchor to move forward to a fulfilling life.
I'm not speaking of any particular addiction, as we all have one or two in our lives. However, for sake of discussion, the primary addictions that people fall to when they find that their lives are faltering are alcohol and drugs. Of course, these usually come into play once their addictions to depression and negative situations overtake their lives and they feel as though they have no where left to turn. But, as we peel away the negative situations and tend to the depression through medical assistance, they are better able to accept that now they must eliminate the substance addiction.
--- Abstinence or Control ---
Many commercials on television promote "responsible drinking". What exactly is "responsible drinking"? It is a relative view that places you to judge how much is enough. Yet, after your first drink, your judgment is impaired. As I've heard from many people, "one is too much and 12 are not enough." The best way to manage yourself responsibly is simply not to do it at all --- abstain.
--- Disease or Responsibility ---
The idea of addictions being a disease creates an uneasy feeling for me in that, for the most part, it is a choice and a responsibility as opposed to an illness. While I do agree that certain physical illnesses can cause people to turn to substance abuse, the abuse and addiction in and of itself are resulting actions and not diseases. It does seem that the disease concept has become popular because it is the nature of addicted people to dignify their conduct. The disease concept conceals the actual reason people abuse various substances while it discourages initiative and responsibility.
--- Involuntary Addiction ---
This area of "involuntary addiction" is the center of much controversy. Many people are addicted to medications at the hands of medical practitioners who do not monitor their patients, but instead simply ensure that their prescriptions maintain a certain response. Of course, many people do require long-term care; however, others only require assistance through medication for a short time.
One example is that of a woman I worked with some years ago who was terribly addicted to Valium, Paxil, and Prozac. She wanted to get off of everything. Of course, I could not counsel her on the medical aspects of her situation, but I did refer her to a medical acquaintance who could assist her. In the end, after six years of involuntary addiction, it took her two years to get back on her feet and lead a productive life. We did work through some situations to angle her life toward her new Vision, but it was her choice to alleviate herself of the medication and "give life a try." In essence, we were able to replace her physical addiction with a mental and emotional addiction --- a direction in life.
--- How did I become addicted? ---
Addiction is a natural function of the human body, based entirely upon the "pleasure principle" --- the tendency to seek pleasure and avoid pain. Addictive substances have the ability to disrupt the motivational hierarchy of needs by displacing other motives in life. They can also desensitize the ability of other, natural rewards to motivate behavior.
The addict usually places substance use as their top priority, while losing interest in life's other rewards. This desire to experience the effects of the addictive substance combined with the lack of interest in natural rewards is classified as a "loss of control." Essentially, the normal controls on the individual's life have lost their significance and behavior focuses on the acquisition and use of the addictive substance.
It's interesting to note that we can become addicted to situations as well as substances. For instance, some abused women come to feel a certain way about themselves in abusive situations. To ensure that this feeling remains, they seek out relationships that compound their feelings,5803 Ugg Bailey Button Black Boots. Destructive indeed, but one that they feel is necessary.
--- How can I tell if I am addicted? ---
Determining addiction is complex in that it is based on many different signs for different types of addictions. But, the one definite, yet simplistic, indicator is that you keep going back even after you know that you don't want to do it again.
Those nights that you lay in bed with a massive hangover even after you swore that you'd never do it again. The morning you wake up and have no idea what you did the night before, again. The bruises and black eyes that you have from the fight with your mate, yet you return. Again, the simplest indicator is that you "keep coming back."
More complex indicators are physical and emotional changes as well as affects on your social presentation and associations. For instance, massive weight change, the "need" to have it or do it again, anger, loss of sleep, health problems, avoidance by certain social associations, or even being banned from establishments are important indicators.
--- How can I achieve recovery? ---
Recovery is your choice. You must first choose to acknowledge its existence and then you must choose to do something about it. Acknowledge that you are not a victim and take the responsibility that you chose to enter into the addiction. By doing so, you are taking control to be able to take responsibility for choosing to not be addicted any longer.
Abstinence is the first step to recovery. Immediately stop what you're doing, whether it is through counseling, medical assistance, or simply ceasing your addictive actions. Of course, it is easier said than done.
One thing that we do in my coaching sessions is, once a client seeks assistance from qualified medical professionals, we immediately begin to replace the addictive situation with something else that is of benefit. For instance, many of those clients who are addicted to some substance or situation are because they don't know what else to do or need to move in a direction away from a current situation. With nothing else in life, they drink, use drugs, or continually place themselves back into situations that are consistent and provide the "comfort zones" that keep them in an arena that feels safe.
--- A replacement addiction? ---
While replacing one addiction with another does not sound appealing, indeed, it is a path that is essential to the success of recovery. For instance, while I may not agree with support groups, many people find them useful and a necessary part of life. Indeed, while these are a replacement addiction for the other addiction, they are not as harmful as the addiction that they replace. At the very least, such support groups are a reasonable replacement of the addiction until the person is strong enough to stand up against their previous addictions.
For many of my clients, they have found that by defining a plan for their life, instead of meandering to the point of getting lost and addicted to something else that is harmful, they are better able to cope with their recovery. With help from their medical professional, along with a life plan, they can remain focused and busy while working toward their Vision. In the process,tender care and encouragement, their values change to the point that they no longer require a substance to give them the necessary feelings that they pursue.
One example was a young man whose father committed suicide. It threw him into a cycling depression where, at one moment he was fine and, over a period of months, he would be depressed again and have to work to recover from the depression. In the process, he turned to a serious alcohol addiction, which nearly disrupted his entire life. After focusing on the core depression and working with his doctor to stabilize his emotions, we worked together to find a way to piece together a new life. Indeed, with the loss of a family member, life does change, yet he was unable to cope with this change as he was caught in the life he had prior to the loss.
Realize that the addiction can take on a mind of its own and will eventually do anything to ensure that it gets what it wants. It can begin to define you. However,try to grasp the main points being conveyed in the report - you can usually do this by looking at the headings, it is essential to turn that hunger into something else with a different focus and desire. That is the core success of recovery.
--- What's next? ---
Inside of every addicted individual is the original person who was full of wonder and excitement about the possibilities that lay ahead. Somewhere along the way, this person became lost and fell prey to the pleasures of their addiction. They instinctively decided that the greatest pleasures that life comes from the use of a substance and they reordered their life to accommodate this new desire at all costs --- this is the destructive point of addiction. It is here that they must make a choice and engage in a fight for survival.
There are a number of pitfalls common to self-recovery from addiction. Those who want to help you, but were never addicted themselves, have little to share on the subject, as their experience and beliefs are based on information provided by equally misinformed books and experts. Additionally, our society sees addiction as a noble affliction and denies that self-recovery is possible. As a result, society does not reward, and sometimes punishes, people who accept personal responsibility for their addictions and their recovery.
Realize that, if your environment has changed because of your addiction, all is not lost. If your family left or you lost your job or even if you lost some aspect of your life, the final decision that you make to move on with your life is the one that matters the most above all. You still have yourself and, in the long run, that is truly all that matters. Spend some time with your real self, as you might be surprised at the hero you just found!

One issue that our subconscious has is that it cannot process negative thoughts. In other words if I were to say to you now

We commonly make this very mistake with children. Let's say they have a glass of milk and we say, "Don't spill that milk." What happens next?
Of course, in order to think of not spilling the milk they have to first think of spilling it. That's the exact same time that your carpet gets ruined!
If one small statement like this can have an impact, imagine what happens when we have months or even years of conditioning. Once we realise that our subconscious cannot differentiate between a negative and positive statement it becomes clear why we tend to fail with the goals we set ourselves.
Picture the person that decides to lose weight,- Define a purpose or framework within which you pursue all your activities, every time they look in the mirror they think fat, fat, fat'. Each time they open the fridge they think don't eat this, don't eat that.' Their subconscious is only hearing fat, fat,and neither way is better than the other. In reality, fat as if that is the way things should be and if it's receiving a message of don't eat' and it can't process negative thoughts, what is the message it's getting?
Eat, exactly. So with this one typical example we realise how our desire to get fit can become an exercise in getting bigger.
You may not even realise it when you use negatives words and phrases. Regardless, if you use them enough, they can condition you to think negatively, too. Before you know it, little negatives will clutter up your mind, as well as your conversation.

A successful presentation starts with the presenter owning the room,never look backwards. When you know and own the room, you will be a more powerful and confident presenter. That leads to more successful presentations for you.
Consider this
While strolling in your neighborhood you will feel more comfortable and confident than in a strange town. A sports team usually feels stronger when playing at home. Delivering a presentation is certainly a competitive sport. Why not do it on your home turf,5803 Ugg Bailey Button Black Boots?
As a presenter, how do you own the room? "Owning the room" is a feeling that you can generate within yourself by knowing the room. How do you know the room?
Know the room
Knowing the room for your presentation might mean arriving the day before your presentation. At the very least, arrive one hour before your presentation. Don't breeze in 10 minutes before you speak and expect to "own the room".
Get into the room before your presentation - preferably when no one else is there. This will allow you to make the following preparations.
You can see the room and start visualizing how you will present and how your audience will look. Visualizing yourself presenting in the room is an effective way to prepare for your presentation. You will feel more comfortable and more powerful if you've been in the room before your presentation.
If the room is not the right size for the audience expected you can plan what to do to alter the room to make it appear to be smaller or arrange for another room.
You can check the setup of the room. Become familiar with the layout of the seating, tables, doors, curtains and other characteristics of the room. Walk around the room and sit in different seats so you understand better how the audience might or might not see you and your visuals during your presentation. Look for blind spots.
Arrange for the seating to be changed to your preferred arrangement. Sometimes this might mean making those changes yourself. (I've done this the night before an important presentation.)
Play with the switches. Test all the lights, AV and climate control switches. Tape the ones that should not be changed. Discover the ones that give you the settings you want so you can set it quickly or explain to an assistant how to do it.
Check all the doors to learn which ones are noisy - so you can tape the latches with duct tape. Which are the outer halls that need a "Do Not Enter" sign taped on the outside? Where are the washrooms so you can direct people? Which are the emergency exits in case they are needed?
Rehearse walking on and off the stage so you don't trip. I've done it and seen it happen. It's surprising how simple things like walking on stage can be nerve wracking when you are giving a presentation.
Stand on the stage and deliver parts of your presentation,Once you get the form. Move about the stage to feel comfortable and find the cracks or creaky boards that you will need to avoid. Check the position of the speakers while speaking on the microphone to avoid feedback. Test the microphone when the AV people are there. Often they test the microphone with one of their staff then they disappear.
One More Presentation Tip
Change or move something to make the room yours,the people know they can turn to you anytime and vice versa.. Close the curtains, move some chairs, put a small table on stage... It might not be much but any small change that you make can help you feel better when you take the stage.
I've delivered over 1,000 presentations and I've noticed that a good room setup can influence the energy of the audience and success of your presentation.

We all eat. But how mindful are we of every bite we take?
Your mother always told you to slow down and taste your food. That's great advice, especially when we find ourselves grabbing a quick snack on the run or eating a meal while driving. How we eat says as much about us as what we choose to eat,5803 Ugg Bailey Button Black Boots.
We can learn a great deal by paying attention to our eating habits. Our appetites change depending on our moods. If we're depressed, we may eat more than usual or we may lose our appetite completely. When we are consumed by an emotion such as anger or sadness, we may not be aware of our eating habits at all.
Paying attention to the way you eat is a great way to develop a more mindful approach to life in general. Since eating is something we do several times a day, it's a perfect activity to pair with mindfulness. If you can choose to eat a meal alone—at work or at home—you have a perfect opportunity to create greater awareness at the same time.
Ready to give it a try?
Sit in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for several minutes. Taking the time to present your food in an appealing way may be helpful for this exercise. At the very least, unwrap your food and discard any packaging.
If possible, take a look at the food before you put it on a plate. Spend a moment focusing on the food itself—the colors, textures, and aromas. Consider the nutrients in the food, and focus on what it will do for your body.
Now, shift your attention to your empty plate. This is the vessel that will hold the food you choose to put into your body. Notice the shape, the size and the color of the plate. Take a moment to consider the space that the food will fill on this plate.
Next, spend a moment concentrating on your body,She isn't the first to kill her dream for these reasons and she won't be the last.. Look at your belly,Hopes and dreams come in all sizes and shapes. You can journal and make collage boards of all the "things" you want in your life but you still have to have the major ingredient of action to make them reality. As you serve the food and place it on your plate, be mindful of the fact that this will be nourishing your body. Whatever you choose to place on your plate will ultimately serve as fuel for your activities and contribute to your energy and wellness.
Now, take a bite of the food you have served yourself. Chew slowly, and pay attention to the flavor and texture of this bite. Feel the food sliding down your throat, and consider how it will be digested by your system to create energy for your body. With each bite, notice the sensation of chewing and swallowing. Savor the taste. Swallow completely before taking another bite. As you take the last bite, pay attention to the fullness in your belly, and note the satisfaction of completing a mindful meal.
Try eating mindfully during one meal a day for a week. For your regular, faster meals, notice when you find yourself eating without paying attention. Intentionally slow down so that you can enjoy that one bite before speeding up again. Doing this regularly will give you a much better understanding of what you are feeding your body—and how,though there are emotions we don't understand and many we express inappropriately. To be intelligent with our emotions.
By becoming more mindful of our eating, we learn to pay attention to what feeds us, both literally and figuratively. Our food choices affect our wellness, and our approach to eating spills over into the way we handle our work, our relationships, and our lives in general. We must learn to recognize patterns in our behavior in order to create more awareness and harmony.
Mindlessly chewing whatever we fork into our mouths is akin to ignoring our actions in general. With a few moments of daily mindful eating, you will develop a much greater awareness of your choices and their power over all aspects of your life.
